HOTEL DEPOSIT POLICY: Please note that at check-in, your hotel will require full payment of your room and tax for all nights plus an additional deposit of up to $100.00 per room/per night. You can provide this total amount with cash, a credit card, or a debit card (debit card not recommended).
DEBIT CARD POLICY: If you choose to use a debit card for the payment of your room, the Hotel will take an authorization for the amount of room and tax for your entire stay plus the applicable deposit of up to $100.00 per room/per night. These funds will be temporarily unavailable in your checking account. FanimeCon Housing recommends the use of cash or a credit card if you wish to have access to all of the funds in your checking account throughout the weekend.
Last Day to Request Housing: Friday, May 5, 2017
Cancellation Deadline: Last day to cancel your hotel reservation without penalty is Friday, April 28, 2017. After this date, a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax will be charged.
IMPORTANT: All reservations made online require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
