  • Only Convention Management Resources (CMR) – the official housing agent for the 2019 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting – is authorized to make your hotel reservation.
  • Reservations made through unauthorized websites or third-party providers are not guaranteed by the ACMG and may result in additional charges, no room even with a confirmation, loss of deposits and pre-payments, and may put your personal identity at risk.

Should you be contacted by any agency other than CMR, please notify us immediately.

Registration Changes & Cancellations
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to a nonrefundable processing fee of 20% of all registration fees and must be received by February 1, 2019 to be eligible for refund. Cancellations received after February 1, 2019 will NOT be refunded.
  • For changes and corrections, send us a message through the Registration and Hotel Support Center or by fax to +1 (415) 216-2548.
  • After the deadline, in case of emergency, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be made in writing (no telephone calls please), within 10 days after the meeting.
  • Allow four weeks to process refunds and for the review of emergency cases.
  • Registration transfers and/or name substitutions are NOT accepted.
Groups & Exhibitors
